KING SCORE Privacy Policy

KING SCORE is a score tracking app for card and table games. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and how users can request deletion of their data.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address, when users sign in with email/password, Google Sign-In, or a store-specific sign-in provider such as VK ID.
- Player names and game score data entered by the user.
- Cloud sync data stored in Firebase Firestore when the user uses backup, restore, or shared workspace sync.
- Purchase status for the Full Access product, processed through Google Play Billing or RuStore Pay depending on the installation channel.
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data for free users, processed through Google AdMob, Yandex Mobile Ads, or another configured ad provider depending on the installation channel.
- App analytics and diagnostic information through Firebase, Google services, or store-specific service providers.
How We Use Information
- To provide core score tracking features.
- To save, restore, and synchronize user data across devices.
- To enable shared workspaces between players.
- To verify Full Access purchases and remove ads for paid users.
- To show ads in the free version of the app.
- To improve app reliability and understand basic usage.
Third-Party Services
KING SCORE uses service providers depending on the installation channel, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, RuStore Pay, VK ID, and Yandex Mobile Ads. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by Google, RuStore, VK, Yandex, or other configured service providers only as needed to provide authentication, cloud sync, analytics, ads, and billing.
Data Security
Data is transmitted using secure connections. Cloud data access is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules.
Data Deletion
Users can delete local app data by clearing the app storage on their device. To request deletion of cloud account/workspace data, contact gorabrahamyan85@gmail.com. Please include the email address used in the app so the data can be located.
Children
KING SCORE is not intended for children under 13. Users should not enter personal information about children into the app.
